Results

Before and after

You need one primary photo strong enough to carry your profile and supporting photos that don't weaken it.

How we pick which photos are best

Scores come from Photofeeler, a site where real people blind-rate photos on Attractiveness, Trustworthiness and Intelligence (each out of 10). You upload a photo, choose the audience (we pick women in your target age range) and 40 strangers vote on it without knowing anything about you. The score is an average of those 40 votes. We use it the same way A/B testing works in tech: change one variable, measure, repeat.

Why this is different

Most dating photographers fail

Most photographers optimize for pretty pictures. Dating apps reward something else: photos strangers rate highly in a split second.

Process

Why we need 3 days

A strong primary photo isn't an accident. We change one variable at a time: smile, angle, lighting, wardrobe — until the photo works.

1

Free consultation

We review your current photos, goals and dating market. If your photos aren't the problem, I'll tell you.

2

Grooming guidance

Before the shoot, I'll tell you exactly what to fix: haircut, beard trim and any other grooming that shows up in photos.

3

Day 1: Wardrobe and first shoot

I meet you at 7am at your place and go through your closet. Unless your wardrobe is already set, we head to an outlet together and fill the gaps. That usually takes till early afternoon. Then we shoot in your new clothes through sunset and into the evening.

4

Days 2–3: Full day shooting

Back at 7am both days. We shoot across different locations and test expressions and angles at each one. Between sessions I upload top candidates to Photofeeler so we know what's working and can adjust. Sunset is the priority. That light does the most work.

5

Profile creation

I narrow down ~10,000 shots to the best 50 and test top candidates on Photofeeler with real women. A female curator picks your final six. After three days I know you, so we write your bios and prompts together. The curator reviews your finished profiles before you go live.

6

2-week follow-up

Once you're live, we track how your profile performs and adjust. We tune photo order, prompts and opener strategy until you're getting matches.

About

My job is software engineering. My hobby is photography.

My name is Nikita Sokolsky. My main job is software engineering and I've been photographing people since 2017. My friends kept asking me to take their dating photos, so I eventually started offering it to the public.

I like helping people dress better, improve their styling, take better photos and, hopefully, meet the love of their life.

I publish my full methodology on Substack for free. This website is for people who want me to run the whole thing for them.

After the shoot, I test your strongest photo with 40 blind votes from real women in your target age range. If it scores 9.0 or higher, you keep the full package. If it does not, I refund the shoot fee. No questions asked.

Fine print

  • Applies to the final recommended primary photo only.
  • Tested with 40 votes from women in your target age range.
  • Below 9.0 Attractive: full shoot fee refund.

Pricing

I only offer one package.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

I'm not a professional model. How will I know how to pose?

I direct every shot - where you stand, where you look, how you smile, what you do with your hands. It only takes an hour to get you comfortable in front of the camera.

Can we shoot my hobbies or sports?

Yes, that's the default plan. Cooking, guitar, working on a motorcycle: anything where you're doing something real. We will not be renting Porsches for the shoot.

Do I own the photos?

Yes. They are yours and you can use them anywhere. I'll also send you the RAW files if you want them.

Are my photos private?

Yes. I will never use your photos without permission.

What if it rains?

We either reschedule or move the photoshoot indoors, depending on how many days are going to be rainy. I always have a backup plan for a single rainy day; for example, see my list of indoor shooting spots in Austin.

Do you only photograph men?

Yes. I don't have enough experience photographing women to confidently offer it commercially.

Can I fly to Seattle for the photoshoot?

Of course. If you fly to Seattle, there is no travel fee. Seattle has great shooting weather from May through September.

Can you travel to Canada?

No, because I'm not authorized to work in Canada. However, I'm happy to meet you in a city close to the border.
